Ergonomic assessments covering injury prevention for individual employees or entire departments, as well as post-injury assessment, recommendations, equipment and installation as needed, education and re-assessment post-changes. Ergonomics program development also available.

Facilitation and management of medical return-to-work determinations which includes review of employee job duties with physician and on-going communication to obtain return-to-work determination.

Coordination of return-to-work with Claims, providing timely and accurate management of the medical determination and return-to-work process.

Transitional work program development and process tracking, including development of task bank (as needed), placement and monitoring of transitional assignments, and coordination of permanent modifications or assignments as medically necessary.

Job accommodations – coordination of modified or alternative work assignments facilitated by certified and experienced accommodation specialists, including thorough documentation of the process.

Interactive process coordination, documentation, and communication with employer parties and employees.

Information management, including monitoring of time frames to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to facilitate early return-to-work and data tracking.
